Pierre Fabre is the second-largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world and the second-largest private French pharmaceutical group. We have a portfolio of international brands including Pierre Fabre Oncologie, Pierre Fabre Dermatologie, Eau Thermale Avène and Klorane.

Pierre Fabre stands out uniquely among pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic companies. With over twenty-five years in the industry, its ownership by a public-interest foundation makes it different, ensuring all its efforts are focused on improving the lives and expanding access to quality healthcare globally.

This is a 2 year long graduate scheme programme, commencing in January/February 2027, finishing in January/February 2029.

The PFM Sales team plays a central role in building strong customer relationships, supporting product education and helping deliver commercial objectives across Pierre Fabre UK & Ireland. Working closely with sales, marketing, medical and commercial colleagues, the team engages with selected key accounts, healthcare professionals and customers to support appropriate product awareness, service excellence and account development.

This two-year graduate scheme begins with a year in our Commercial team, followed by a year in Marketing. Your Commercial year offers broad, hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales within a supportive, fast‑paced and collaborative environment, including occasional opportunities to accompany and shadow the field sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team to visit key accounts, customers or healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate records and timely communication.
  • Occasionally accompany sales colleagues on field visits, where appropriate, to observe customer meetings, understand field sales processes and build practical
  • knowledge of account engagement.
  • Assist with call planning, territory preparation, account segmentation and customer targeting by maintaining accurate records and supporting data quality.
  • Gather customer, market and competitor insights from sales activity and share observations with the sales and marketing teams to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare sales meeting materials, briefing notes, account summaries and follow‑up documentation to help the field team make the most of customer interactions.
  • Support the coordination of sales campaigns, product launches, customer events, training sessions and internal sales meetings.
  • Work cross‑functionally with marketing, medical, compliance, customer services and business intelligence teams to ensure activity is accurate, customer‑focused and compliant.
  • Monitor sales activity outputs using available sales and market data, appointment outcomes and customer feedback to help identify opportunities to improve support, engagement and follow‑up.

About You

  • A curious, proactive graduate who is keen to build a career in sales, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or customer engagement.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and follow projects through from planning to delivery.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners.
  • Comfortable using data, insights and customer feedback to support sales planning, account prioritisation and follow‑up activity.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for contributing ideas.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree‑level qualification, ideally in business, marketing, life sciences, healthcare, sales or a related discipline.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, dermatology, oncology, consumer health, sales or customer engagement.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word, with an interest in digital tools and analytics.
  • Previous work experience, internship, placement or extracurricular involvement in sales, customer service, healthcare, project coordination or customer‑facing environments would be an advantage but is not essential.
