Pierre Fabre is the second-largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world and the second-largest private French pharmaceutical group. We have a portfolio of international brands including Pierre Fabre Oncologie, Pierre Fabre Dermatologie, Eau Thermale Avène and Klorane.

Pierre Fabre stands out uniquely among pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic companies. With over twenty-five years in the industry, its ownership by a public-interest foundation makes it different, ensuring all its efforts are focused on improving the lives and expanding access to quality healthcare globally.

This is a 2 year long graduate scheme programme, commencing in January/February 2027, finishing in January/February 2029.

The Key Accounts and Digital Commerce team plays a central role in growing Pierre Fabre’s dermo-cosmetic brands with the UK’s leading retail partners. Working closely with National Account Managers, sales, marketing, finance, category, supply chain and customer service colleagues, as well as external retail partners, the team turns data and customer insight into clear commercial actions that improve availability, visibility, conversion, shopper experience and market share.

This two-year graduate scheme begins with a year in our Commercial team, followed by a year in Marketing. Your Commercial year offers broad, hands-on experience in commercial analysis, ecommerce and digital shelf performance across key retail partners, including Boots.com, Superdrug.com, Amazon, Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty, Escentual and Ocado.

As part of the team, you will provide analytical support to the Key Accounts team, contribute to performance reporting and insight-led growth plans, and help optimise our brands’ online presence through the CARS framework: Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, and Search. You will build practical experience in retailer data analysis, account planning, competitor benchmarking and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and retail partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the Key Accounts team, reviewing sales, margin, distribution, promotional performance and market share trends.
  • Complete new line forms and promotion funding forms for our retail customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Use retailer data, internal reporting and market insight to identify growth opportunities, risks and recommended actions.
  • Prepare clear and accurate performance summaries, monthly performance packs and promotional evaluations to support retailer meetings, Joint Business Planning and range reviews.
  • Ensure product content across key online retailers is complete, accurate, consistent and optimised, with all digital assets in place before new products go live.
  • Monitor online product availability and work with National Account Managers, Supply Chain and Customer Service to resolve issues and minimise out-of-stock risks.
  • Monitor ratings and reviews across retail partners, identify trends in customer feedback and share relevant insight with internal teams.
  • Work with the Content and Media Manager to monitor keyword rankings, category placement and share of search, and recommend keyword and content improvements to support visibility and conversion.
  • Track competitor activity and benchmark performance across retailers, including price, promotion, range, visibility and digital execution.

About You:

  • A curious graduate with a strong interest in beauty, skincare, ecommerce and the UK retail landscape.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A clear communicator, able to present information clearly and build effective working relationships with internal teams and retail partners.
  • Comfortable interpreting retailer data, sales reports and commercial KPIs, with a curiosity about shopper behaviour, promotional performance and category growth drivers.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification, ideally in business, marketing, economics, retail, life sciences or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with numerical data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with an interest in digital tools and analytics.
  • Previous work experience, internship, placement or extracurricular involvement in retail, ecommerce, customer service or data analysis would be an advantage but is not essential.

Applications close on the 26th of November 2026.
