Your mission is to manage all marketing activities in close collaboration with the sales teams, Digital Marketing & e-retail (depending on the subsidiary) to meet turnover and profit margin objectives while respecting allocated operating budgets and consistent with global marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the local marketing strategy.
- Implementing the omni-channel marketing activation plan and monitoring its application in connection with field teams.
- Ensuring correct adaptation of the brand/franchise image and values locally.
- Adapting customer/health professional profiles targeted by the brand/franchise/product line to the local market and defining their journeys, transforming them into a local marketing plan to develop sales.
- Contributing to defining the brand/franchise global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs.
- Developing/contributing to developing digital strategy, in line with guidelines from the corporate digital division, and ensuring a good return on investment.
- Measuring the performance of omni-channel marketing action plans and proposing plans for improvement.
- Drawing up and ensuring budget and key performance indicator monitoring for the department/area.
- Leading and supervising the team, developing skills and managing performance at both individual and collective levels.
