Your mission is to guarantee satisfaction and confidence of external clients (healthcare professionals, patients/consumers, etc.) by:

  • Ensuring responses to requests from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers are relevant, validated, and of good quality.
  • Conducting regular and efficient scientific monitoring (active ingredients, components, physio-pathology).
  • Providing a validated, up-to-date, and relevant knowledge base (standardized answers, literature, recommendations, expert opinions, etc.) and devising standardized answers based on all available internal and external data.
  • Managing client requests for information within deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction and referencing answers.
  • Preparing for new product launches with standardized answers and feedback.
  • Facilitating business continuity through backup plans and task prioritization.
