Who are you? You are an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) or other Salesforce Revenue Cloud products who can design, implement, and optimize scalable, revenue-driven solutions. This role will act as the technical and functional leader for ARM implementations, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline revenue operations and accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable architecture on the ARM platform.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Operate in a client‑facing capacity to gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectures and solution blueprints.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops creating architecture diagrams for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop robust, scalable and flexible solutions through the use of ARM functionality and following best practices.
  • Act as the overall solution owner during the implementation phase ensuring the project’s scope and outcomes are on track.
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews with project team members prior to design and development activities to ensure solution aligns to client requirements.
  • Serve as the functional lead and coach team members, clients and non‑project team members providing leadership, trainings and guidance where necessary.
  • Define standards, best practices, and governance for ARM and Salesforce implementations.
  • Integrate ARM/Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), data warehouses, and payment platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, reviewing configurations/customizations and coaching team members.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, guiding architectural decisions.
  • Support user acceptance testing, deployment, and post‑launch optimization.
  • Stay current on Salesforce/Agentforce features and evolving revenue architecture trends.

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud quoting products (required), Billing (preferred), and Experience Cloud (preferred).
  • 1+ years of hands‑on experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 4+ quote‑to‑cash CPQ projects that were at least 6 months in duration and included integration with ERP systems.
  • Complete understanding of data models, product/pricing master data management and standard ERP integration reference architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Q2C processes, subscription/SaaS revenue models, usage‑based billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
  • Proven experience integrating ARM/Salesforce with CRM, ERP, and middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Strong data modeling, system integration, and API/web services skills.
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions and define roadmap/architecture strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing, HLS, Salesforce Industries, SaaS, FinTech, or subscription‑based environments.
  • Agentforce, FinancialForce, and Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist required; Billing Specialist, Advanced Billing Specialist, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, MuleSoft preferred).
  • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming language.
  • 1+ year experience with Agentforce.
  • Consulting or enterprise implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and analytics for revenue metrics.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
