Who are you? You are an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) or other Salesforce Revenue Cloud products who can design, implement, and optimize scalable, revenue-driven solutions. This role will act as the technical and functional leader for ARM implementations, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline revenue operations and accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable architecture on the ARM platform.

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
- Operate in a client-facing capacity to gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectures and solution blueprints.
- Lead discovery and design workshops creating architecture diagrams for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Develop robust, scalable and flexible solutions through the use of ARM functionality and following best practices.
- Act as the overall solution owner during the implementation phase ensuring the project's scope and outcomes are on track.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews with project team members prior to design and development activities to ensure solution aligns to client requirements.
- Serve as the functional lead and coach team members, clients and non-project team members providing leadership, trainings and guidance where necessary.
- Define standards, best practices, and governance for ARM and Salesforce implementations.
- Integrate ARM/Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), data warehouses.
