Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Document detailed specifications and process flows to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective business solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Support testing efforts to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to users for new systems or enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
- Bachelor\’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
