Our food and beverage outlets play a vital part in delivering an enjoyable guest experience, offering refreshments and dining options to visitors throughout the year. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Pier's catering venues, helping to lead teams, maintain service standards and ensure a high-quality guest experience across all food and beverage outlets.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of food and beverage venues.
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout operating hours.
- Assist with customer interactions, feedback and complaint resolution professionally.
- Complete paperwork, reporting and other administrative duties as required.
- Carry out occasional opening and closing procedures for venues.
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Support stock control and stock-check procedures as required.
- Assist management with team supervision and workflow organisation during service periods.

Experience and Skills
