We're on the hunt for a top-notch Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and the rest of the pie crew. We're more than just pies! We're a Bristol-born company, forged on the fields of Glastonbury festival in 2003. We take pride in using the finest, ethically sourced ingredients to create our legendary pies. A taste of what you'll be getting up to:
- You'll be the vice-captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.
- From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently.
- You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service.
- Numbers are your friend! With support from the General Manager, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails.
- You'll learn how to train new members of the team, share your pie knowledge & help to keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on.
