If you're a born leader with a passion for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, then look no further than Pieminister! We're on the hunt for a top-notch Restaurant Manager to join our pie crew. We're more than just pies! We're a Bristol-born company, forged on the fields of Glastonbury festival in 2003. We take pride in using the finest, ethically sourced ingredients to create our legendary pies. We look after the planet, our people and most of all our customers.
A taste of what you'll be getting up to:
- You'll be the captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.
- From selecting & developing the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll keep things running smoothly & efficiently.
- You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile and a genuine love of great service.
- Numbers are your friend! With support from Head Office, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails.
- You'll learn how to train your team, share your pie knowledge & keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on.
