Calling all Pie Fanatics! Do you wish most things were wrapped in pastry and covered in gravy? Then this could be your perfect job! Pieminister is looking for a passionate chef to join our crew in our Pieminister restaurant. We are a Bristol-born company famous for our legendary pies, all made with the best ingredients. We are more than just pies though! We are a friendly bunch who love creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Become a Pie Master: Learn everything there is to know about our pies and how to prepare and cook them perfectly.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure you follow specs at all times, completing daily paperwork and following food safety & allergen procedures, keeping to company and statutory health & safety standards.
  • Work as a Team: Be part of a fun and supportive crew, communicating effectively with front of house.
  • Keep The Kitchen Running Smoothly: Set the kitchen up for each shift keeping to stock rotation and aiming to reduce wastage. Have a calm methodical approach to service, especially in busy periods. Close the kitchen down at the end of the shift leaving a detailed handover.
  • Learn and Grow: We offer training to help you develop your skills and become a Pieminister legend!
