We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with a great track record of commercial growth with the UK’s top supermarkets and a passion for developing strong customer relationships. As National Account Manager for Grocery, you will be central to the delivery of Pieminister’s key strategic objectives to drive top and bottom line growth, strengthening our No.1 position in the premium Hot Pies category.
Responsibilities
- P&L Management to achieve commercial targets
- Development of buyer relationships with key supermarket customers
- Negotiation and delivery of joint business plans with strategic customers
- Adoption of omni-channel approach to include dotcom and convenience
- Management and execution of promotional plan
- Working with brand team to create and execute shopper marketing plans with key customers
- Achievement of distribution targets for existing range
- Sell-in and achievement of distribution targets for new ranges and lines
- Working with Supply Chain to produce aligned customer forecasts
- Ongoing review of account data to identify opportunities and risks
- Mining category data to track market performance and create category insight
- Delivery of channel based sustainability targets
About you
- Experience managing top 6 grocery customers for at least 3 years
- Proven track record of profitable sales growth
- Experience in creating and executing shopper marketing plans
- Team player – working seamlessly across functions
- Aligned to Pieminister values

- Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
- Quarterly Performance Bonus (up to 7.5% of salary)
- Company Long Term Incentive Bonus (up to 7.5% of salary)
