Lead in Administration of SEND Statutory Processes
40 hours per week, Term Time + 5 Staff Training Days + 120 additional hours during school holidays (42 weeks). Salary: Grade 7, NJC Scale Points 20‑24 £37,108.34 – £39,293.15 per annum (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead statutory SEND processes including EHCP Annual Reviews.
- Manage and quality‑assure the admissions and initial assessment process.
- Lead attendance monitoring and targeted intervention strategies.
- Develop strong partnerships with families to remove barriers to engagement.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary professionals supporting students.
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and statutory guidance.
