We are an international brand PIED-DE-POULE - a chain of beauty salons. We are currently looking for an SMM specialist to join our back office team.
Qualifications
- If you are passionate about beauty and fashion
- If you have an exceptional sense of taste and aesthetics
- If you successfully work with Instagram and TikTok algorithms, have cases of organic, high-quality account development and can tell and show them
- If you’ve seen top beauty services ads with millions of views and you can do it again

Tasks you will need to solve
- Achieving full connection with the target audience, creating and publishing content that resonates with them
- Creating photos, videos, texts (with a team or independently)
- Administration and development of Instagram/Facebook/TikTok accounts
- Work with opinion leaders
The end product of your work will be
- 30 organic (excluding targeted advertising) customer requests in Direct per day to sign up for services
KPI
- The number of organic customer requests in Direct to sign up for services in the salon
- Dynamics of account development (landed leads, reach, subscribers)
- Monthly report on KPIs

- We don’t care about your schedule, you are self-organised, but you are in close communication with the marketing department and always respond promptly to their requests at any time of the day.
