We are an international brand PIED-DE-POULE, a network of beauty salons. We are looking for a master of nail service. It is important for us to not just provide services, but also to create style, ensuring our clients are delighted with their new image that is properly selected and implemented qualitatively.
It is essential for you to feel responsible for your guest’s nails not just today, but for the long term. You may not have a lot of experience, but you possess basic knowledge, and you are very attentive and careful. Getting the perfect manicure is your passion. You are a professional with an exceptional sense of taste.
We seek individuals who are passionate and love their profession to join our team. If you want to earn at the top end of the market and ‘play in the big leagues’, we welcome you to an interview. We’ll provide you with many clients, supported by a large marketing department. Your job will be to make them happy with the service, ensuring they become regulars and recommend us to their family.
You will have access to all modern tools (except personal) and leading brands of cosmetics. Many masters working with us quickly build a solid client base and achieve good income through systematic improvement of skills, qualifications, and customer service knowledge. We provide training within the company.
Your director will monthly provide you with indicators of your work productivity, with the most important being the return of guests to you.
Terms: We offer a rate initially while you build your customer base, ensuring a smooth transition to a new workplace. The amount of the rate and future percentage will be negotiated during the interview. You will be invited to complete a test work after which you will receive a personal file detailing your strengths and weaknesses. If you are a strong and experienced craftsman, you will receive the maximum percentage. If your level is average, a training plan for the year ahead will be provided. If you are just starting, you can become an assistant to a top master and learn for free.
Work Schedule: 2/2 from 9.00 – 21.00. Individual schedules may be considered (discussed at the interview).
