We are an international brand PIED-DE-POULE – a chain of beauty salons. Right now we’re looking for an administrator.
Qualifications

- Pay close attention to delivering good service.

- Interested in working as a receptionist in a salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Take calls from customers, help them choose the right master and service, and record appointments.
- Aim to record 9 out of 10 callers.
- Receive 30 to 50 customer enquiries per day; no cold calls are required except occasional scheduled quality‑survey calls.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and solve problems professionally and discreetly.
For the most part our clients are regulars, so there will be no surprises in your work.
However, you may encounter challenging situations with guests and must remain calm under pressure.
