We are an international brand PIED-DE-POULE is a chain of beauty salons. We are currently looking for a master hairdresser-colourist.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

  • When you get a haircut or colouring you enjoy the process; we aim for clients to be delighted with the outcome.
  • You are responsible for your guest’s hair, caring for it now and in the long term.
  • You possess basic knowledge of cutting techniques and colour theory, including tone level scale and neutralisation schemes, and can perform any haircut and colouring while continuing to improve your skills.
  • You are a professional with an exceptional sense of taste.

We offer the opportunity to earn at the top end of the market, with a large marketing department supporting client acquisition. You will have all modern tools (except personal scissors) and access to leading beauty brands.

Every month your director will provide you with productivity indicators, the most important of which is client return rate.

Terms and Conditions

  • Base rate during initial period to help build a client base.
  • Future rate and percentage negotiated at interview.
  • Pass a test work; you will receive a file describing your strengths and weaknesses.
  • Experienced craftsmen receive the maximum percentage and may request an assistant.
  • Intermediate level trainees receive a year‑long training plan.
  • New hires can start as an assistant to a top master and learn for free.

Work schedule

Schedule 2/2 from 9.00 – 21.00; individual schedules can be considered and discussed at interview.
