What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the shopper marketing strategy for Impulse and On Trade, shaping and delivering high-impact campaigns that align with channel priorities.
- Build full-year customer plans, produce POS, and develop activation that secures visibility and drives commercial outcomes.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to align shopper activity with brand plans and trading objectives.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise campaigns for a clear and positive ROI.
What You Need To Bring
- Experience in shopper, customer, or trade marketing in FMCG.
- Strong relationship builder with a collaborative and commercially focused approach.
- Confident working across multiple customers with pace, accuracy, and ownership.
- Organised, detail-led and able to deliver high-quality activation end-to-end.
