Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 base, double OTE, plus equity

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of advanced 3D AI analytics models to general contractors, real estate developers, and data centre companies.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including project directors, engineers, and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with commercial and strategy teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within construction technology, prop tech, or adjacent industries such as energy or mining.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product value, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to high-level executives and managing large accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Background in civil engineering or a related field is a bonus but not essential.
  • Familiarity with AI, financials, and value-based selling.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and modern sales tools.

  • Hybrid role based in London, with two days in the office and the rest working from home or in front of clients.
