As a Senior National Account Manager, you are responsible for leading 2 of the biggest grocery accounts in the business. You will need to devise & deliver exceptional JBPs with all key customers, ensuring sales of products are maximized at key trading periods. You will also manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts to deliver value, volume, and GP% % metrics. This is without a doubt an exceptional opportunity for you to join an innovative, passionate, and rapidly growing brand. You will HAVE to be an existing SNAM or NAM with experience of working with the Top 4 Grocers within the Food & Drink categories. Experience working on AT LEAST two of the Top Grocery retail accounts within the FMCG Food & Drink Sector. Exposure to building JBPās & budgetary responsibility. Strong training background in FMCG Food or Drinks categories. Ideally some experience in line management and developing talent but this is NOT essential. A great track record of driving sales and profitability whilst working with your accounts. Analytical mindset ā you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights into your account. Leadership abilities ā the more junior members of the sales team can look to you for guidance or knowledge and you bring positive energy to the team.
