Drive sales of advanced 3D AI analytics models to general contractors, real estate developers, and data centre companies. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including project directors, engineers, and C-suite executives. Collaborate with commercial and strategy teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within construction technology, prop tech, or adjacent industries such as energy or mining. Strong understanding of technology and product value, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Experience selling to high-level executives and managing large accounts. Background in civil engineering or a related field is a bonus but not essential. Familiarity with AI, financials, and value-based selling. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and modern sales tools. Hybrid role based in London, with two days in the office and the rest working from home or in front of clients.
