As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding this brand into new and exciting categories. You’ll relish the challenge of managing 4 of the biggest accounts in the business, in Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, and Coop, taking full ownership of your portfolio. For a driven, high-performing Senior National Account Manager, this role offers the chance to be an integral part of the sales team, driving growth and shaping the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts with key retail partners, including Top 4 grocery chains.
- Engage proactively with customers, leveraging new product development (NPD) and market trends.
- Drive NPD sales across both existing and new categories.
- Monitor and analyse promotions and marketing efforts within your accounts to ensure compliance and assess performance impact.
- Compile, analyse, and summarise weekly and monthly sales performance for internal reporting.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure consistent delivery and strong product availability.
- Oversee full P&L responsibilities for your accounts, including financial forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver successful NPD launches and support broader business initiatives as the team expands.
