Sales Manager - Automotive Tyre Retailer

About the role:

• £40,000 basic salary
• £6,000 bonus (uncapped)
• 23 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)

This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of a retail site in conjunction with the Workshop Manager. They will be jointly responsible for the effective management of 5 retail staff.

About You:

• Previous experience within a fast-fit environment or automotive service department.
• IT literate across Microsoft Office
• Positive and driven professional with a passion for sales and sales management.
• A true team player and embrace company culture.
• Good communicator both written and verbally.
• Ability to analyse, design, and enhance business processes.
