Extremely well backed financially, they are ambitious in their growth plans and investing in the team to reflect their growth plans. With a tight knit and supportive team in place, they are looking for additional weight in their sales team for their French speaking markets to take their innovative, combined hardware and software model to customers in the UK and Europe. This is 360 sales role, but with a healthy amount of management of existing accounts too. Of course some leads naturally come from marketing and brand prowess, but essentially you\\\’ll be responsible for your finding and nurturing your own prospects, conducting product demos, both online and face to face, and then of course ultimately closing the deals. This will be for businesses in French speaking regions, Europe / Africa and beyond. You\\\’ll be encouraged to foster as rich a sales process as possible. Working mainly from the office but with some home flexibility too, you\\\’ll be encouraged to build meaningful relationships with your existing accounts but importantly, your prospects. Deal sizes can vary, but essentially you\\\’ll target mid market sized accounts, companies with between 250 – 500 employees, ideally in a warehousing, manufacturing, retail or education markets, although the applications for the tech is endless. You\\\’ll also be rewarded well, with a decent basic salary and commission, earned and paid monthly. About you We\\\’re looking for a traditional new business hunter mentality.
