The Role:
As a Sales Development Manager, your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding sales results and value-added concepts to a pre-determined regional account customer base (30 β 40 accounts) covering the midlands and North with a focus on winning new customers. Utilising your deep understanding of the tyre industry and market dynamics, you will position brands as leaders within your customer segment.
You be doing this:
β Achieve volume and profit targets through pre-defined agreements with regional customers.
β Maintain detailed customer profiles to facilitate strategic planning and assess business potential.
β Develop and deliver value-added initiatives tailored to customer requirements.
β Manage monthly and quarterly sales objectives, negotiating changes to sustain growth and profitability.
β Use market knowledge to appraise and negotiate increased business shares by brand and product category.
β Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers and colleagues.
And youβll need this:
β Comfortable being Field-based, covering the Midlands/North area of the UK with some overnight stays.
β Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills.
β Highly motivated, creative self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
β Demonstrable proficiency in English language and numeracy.
β Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general computer usage.
β Background in the tyre or automotive industry is advantageous.
Full UK driving licence is essential
