This position is a pivotal part of the Sales Development Team, which sits at the heart of the business!
You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships, driving ongoing growth from the sales opportunities you strategically identify. Success will be driven by maintaining excellent communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike.

About You:
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation & communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Proven sales experience & have worked in the Rental, Contract Hire or leasing industry.
- You must be computer literate, (MS Word Excel & PowerPoint) numerate.
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated, be tenacious and show and demonstrate how ‘you go the extra mile’
- Ability to be able to prioritise workload effectively and be able to work autonomously.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage the entire sales process from beginning to end, effectively address objections, and offer solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to conduct in-person cold calls to potential prospects, handle difficult conversations with existing Licensees, and close sales to secure new business.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to travel and spend at least 1or 2 nights away from home each week.
