Role
Looking after the Midlands/North:
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic
- Over 50% bonus

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for winning and looking after franchise dealers and large independents across either the Midlands or Northern England. In addition, this individual will also demonstrate the drive and ability to enhance their knowledge and skills and to leverage these to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Building networks and developing long-term relationships within the industry and prospects, the successful candidate will focus on the following:
- Maximise internal and external information and networking opportunities to identify higher value sales opportunities.
- Analyse client needs and develop strategic solutions based on value propositions whilst maximising profitability.
- Actively engage with dealer prospects as early as possible during the sales cycle.
- Be well-informed of competitor / prospect / industry / political activity and its impact on opportunities and the wider business.
