National Account Manager – High-Growth Sports & Well-Being Brand

Home based

  • £50,000 – £55,000
  • £10,000 bonus potential

If you’re interested in health and wellness, you’ll be aware of the company and its products, which are consumed by both the sporting elite and the enthusiastic amateur. This business will actively promote and support your own interest in sports, as they are keen to ensure their people embody their ethos.

The business is growing rapidly in the UK but is extremely well established across Europe. This means huge financial stability, but crucially for you, the company maintains that high-growth SME feel and encourages you to be nimble, take risks, and add an entrepreneurial dash to your dealings!

Opportunity:

You’re already well established in a national accounts role working in the FMCG sector, but perhaps you’ve outgrown your current role and are ready to up your game. You might be stifled by a lack of opportunity to develop, or maybe just ready for change!

Working in this remote role (with collaboration at their London HQ), you’ll thrive on this opportunity to run things your way. You’ll report to the Head of Grocery and enjoy collaborating with the wider business to achieve your goals – it’s not all about you!

Your open and friendly nature means building relationships comes naturally to you, and you’ll put these skills to good use in developing your designated accounts across the Grocery Channel.

This is a challenge you’ll embrace as a journey – one where your success will undoubtedly give you huge visibility in the wider business and ensure a career and development path which will bring you big rewards. You’ll additionally enjoy mentoring and developing your direct report and helping ensure their success as much as your own.

You:

  • Energetic self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
  • Someone with initiative and a get sh*t done approach
  • Experience in UK sales channels, ideally with established customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with high-paced environments, preferably in FMCG, particularly within drinks or food categories.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive actions.
