Responsibilities: Leading and inspiring a team of National Account Managers and Executives. Owning the On Premise business strategy from forecasting to execution, with full P&L ownership. Building strong internal and external relationships. Shaping and delivering the annual business plan using data and insights. Requirements: Proven senior commercial leadership experience, with strategic JBP and board influence. Strong track record managing high-performing teams in the On Premise sector. End-to-end P&L ownership experience. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with a proactive, autonomous mindset.
