This role will suit a highly organised individual who enjoys working autonomously, to drive new and existing business across parts sales within the branches and private dealers across the North. Not only will it be your responsibility to act as an ambassador for the business but also a mentor to two Parts Sales Executives, who will report directly into this position. Day To Day
- Achieve ambitious growth plans for both genuine and aftermarket parts.
- Be proactive and innovative when promoting products.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Establish best practice and implement this across your region.
- Support dealers in developing, managing, and delivering their parts sales strategies.
- Provide training and personal development support to dealer network.
- Be aware of market and competitor trends in order to build solid relationships.
About You
- Good understanding of retail parts business and pricing strategies.
- Experience of managing a dealer network ideally gained within the parts industry.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle aftermarket and suppliers.
- Excellent and proven analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- An innovator and creative thinker, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
- A problem solver, with the capacity to manage multiple work streams.
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of any issue relating to the department.
