The business is entering a pivotal phase. Investment, stability and demand are all aligned, creating the ideal platform for a commercial leader to take the organisation through its next chapter. You will define the pace, set the agenda and play a central role in shaping how the operation evolves, working closely with the Group CEO.

This is not a maintenance role. Your leadership style, commercial clarity and structured approach will make a marked impact across every area of the organisation.

About you:

If you are a proven commercial leader and feel you are ready for the step up into General Management, we want to hear from you. Alternatively, you are already in a MD role and are looking for a new, fresh adventure where the opportunity for growth exists in abundance.

This role has real breadth so experience across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and finance will be particularly useful. Needless to say, you will have a proven, demonstrable track record of success but we are particularly interested in backgrounds that cover the B2B markets including Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Fleet Management, Electronics, manufacturing, Engineering, Telematics & Manufacturing.
