This senior sales leadership role will leverage your expertise in fleet sales to drive growth for one of the most respected names in the industry. You\’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, lead a talented team, and manage key accounts—all while earning a package that rewards results.
What You\’ll Be Doing Leading and coaching a team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious fleet sales targets.
Developing and executing regional strategies to grow market share and revenue.
Owning relationships with major fleet clients, negotiating high‐value deals and ensuring long‐term retention.
Carrying a personal sales target focused on key accounts for sustained growth.
What You\’ll Need to Bring Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a strong track record in B2B fleet sales.
Deep knowledge of commercial vehicles (LCVs) and consultative selling techniques.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, backed by CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
