About The Opportunity:
- You will be in an enviable position and part of this exciting new UK drive for the business, benefiting from the knowledge gained from this user intuitive product's success that’s spanned over 25 years, together with the financial stability of its global investors.
- With a broad and comprehensive induction programme, you will be given some of the very best product training together with industry leading training/coaching methodology.
- You will work with some of the largest and most recognised brands in the automotive retail sector.
- Be instrumental from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and be an integral part of the DMS run out project.
- You will coach, train and develop the Aftersales or Accounts teams within the retail dealerships on the new DMS platform ready for ‘Go Live’.
- Support the aftersales dealer team and be the ‘product guru’ throughout the project.
About You:
- You will come from either an automotive retail sales or aftersales dealer background with experience of working with retail dealership DMS platforms or work for a DMS provider and have a comprehensive understanding of the dealer/OEM environment.
- You will work in an incredibly autonomous and responsible role which will involve working away from home in various parts of the UK.
- Previous DMS understanding is essential.
- Previous training/coaching experience an advantage.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
- A proven background in improvement and problem-solving activities/projects.
