You’ll be doing this:
- Leading and inspiring a team of National Account Managers and Executives.
- Owning the On Premise business strategy from forecasting to execution, with full P&L ownership.
- Building strong internal and external relationships.
- Shaping and delivering the annual business plan and using data and insight to drive strategic decisions.
And you’ll need this:
- Proven experience in senior commercial leadership, ideally with strategic JBP and board-level influence.
- Strong track record managing high-performing teams within the On Premise sector.
- End-to-end P&L ownership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills and a mindset that embraces autonomy.
