You’ll be doing this:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of National Account Managers and Executives.
  • Owning the On Premise business strategy from forecasting to execution, with full P&L ownership.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Shaping and delivering the annual business plan and using data and insight to drive strategic decisions.

And you’ll need this:

  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership, ideally with strategic JBP and board-level influence.
  • Strong track record managing high-performing teams within the On Premise sector.
  • End-to-end P&L ownership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills and a mindset that embraces autonomy.
