Northampton

£50,000 - £60,000

Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum

Bonus: 10%

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing existing Foodservice, wholesale and B2B accounts whilst identifying and securing new commercial opportunities.
  • Building strategic account plans that deliver sustainable growth, profitability and customer value.
  • Leading negotiations, forecasting, promotional planning and day-to-day commercial management.
  • Working closely with category, marketing, finance and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • Experience managing Foodservice, wholesale or B2B accounts within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, including P&L ownership and solution-led selling.
