Opportunity: As the On-Trade Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume and ensuring quality distribution. You will also have the exciting task of developing a premium brand image and recruiting external personnel through innovative field strategies. You will optimize available resources to achieve the business plan objectives by leading and managing a team across both traditional and non-traditional on-premise establishments.

Key focus areas of the role itself and where you will spend most of your time:

  • Bring your exceptional communication skills to the forefront, collaborate, exchange knowledge, and build synergy with your team and line manager. Working side-by-side with other On-Trade Regional Managers, you’ll strengthen connections and drive smooth coordination across regions, turning big-picture strategies into powerful real-world impact.
  • Lead the growth of your region by shaping and evolving your area in line with the wider regional and national business plans. Drive the on-trade strategy by identifying fresh opportunities, securing key wins, and executing smart, efficient route plans. Your ability to build meaningful, lasting partnerships with top on-trade venues will be key to your success.
  • Own your region’s performance. Manage the On-Trade budget with precision, align with the national vision, and ensure timely, insightful reporting. Stay ahead of the competition with detailed activity reports—and always keep your eye out for the next big opportunity to elevate your region’s growth.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the On-Trade Marketing team to amplify brand presence and boost volume across a dynamic mix of accounts. From ensuring the perfect product placement to delivering tailored tools and messaging, you’ll play a central role in creating standout moments and long-term value. Build credibility and loyalty with every solution you bring to the table.
  • Champion top talent. Continuously scout and engage high-potential candidates who embody the business's values and drive. Evaluate with intention, focusing on communication, sales acumen, and presence. Dedicate at least three days a week in the field supporting your team, delivering impactful coaching and real-time development. Execute the regional training plan and energize your team with engaging sessions.
  • Make the brand shine at key events. Ensure premium on-trade activations and flawless execution at both exclusive and third-party events. Your presence at these activations will be crucial for networking, brand representation, and bringing energy and excellence to every experience.

  • At least 2-3 years managing a Field Sales Team.

  • You’ll ooze huge amounts of passion for the brand.
  • Imperative to have excellent communication skills as you’ll be liaising with clients and your team daily.
