As the On-Trade Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume and ensuring quality distribution. You will also have the exciting task of developing a premium brand image and recruiting external personnel through innovative field strategies. You will optimize available resources to achieve the business plan objectives by leading and managing a team across both traditional and non-traditional on-premise establishments.

- Lead the growth of your region by shaping and evolving your area in line with the wider regional and national business plans.

- Own your region's performance. Manage the On-Trade budget with precision, align with the national vision, and ensure timely, insightful reporting.
- Work hand-in-hand with the On-Trade Marketing team to amplify brand presence and boost volume across a dynamic mix of accounts.

- Make the brand shine at key events. Ensure premium on-trade activations and flawless execution at both exclusive and third-party events.
You:
- Experience within FMCG Food & Drink is of ultimate importance.
- At least 2-3 years managing a Field Sales Team.
- Experience selling into the On Trade is paramount.
- Be a strong leader that is adaptable and likes to get their hands dirty.
- Be highly ambitious.
- You'll ooze huge amounts of passion for the brand.
