The Role:
You will be responsible for effective delivery of day-to-day activities and strategic understanding of what is best for the customers with key relationships. To ensure the effective delivery of technical & customer service; with a specific focus on vehicle cost authorisations & downtime, to deliver the most cost effective solution to a customer and to ensure that all KPIs/SLAs and statutory requirements are met in full at all times.

In addition but not limited to:
- To be the dedicated point of contact for all maintenance, refurbishment and accident repairs.
- To provide appropriate challenge to all costs for vehicle repairs using technical rulesets.
- To develop strong relationships with stakeholders in order to resolve challenges for clients and drivers within agreed SLAs.
- To develop strong relationships with third party suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective route for all repairs.
- To update systems to create a maintenance history and work orders.
- Provide vehicle off road reports and ensuring all vehicles are back on the road in a timely manner with as little additional cost to the client or the business.
- Expedite chasing of VOR parts with dealer and manufacturers.
- Liaising with manufacturers' customer service teams for warranty and parts back orders.
About you:

- Have worked in a manufacturer’s franchised dealership in workshop & service desk environments.
- Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles (including EV).
- Experience of working in a cost approval & audit function.
- Ability to forge both internal and external relationships at multiple levels.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise.
- High level of competence in Excel.
- Highly driven with ability to work to deadlines and deliver results.
- Strong telephone-based communication skills.
