The Marketing team are flourishing and are looking to add more expertise to lead their digital acquisition function and further penetrate their potential customer base. The Job Leading the Digital Marketing effort across 2 main brands and routes to market, but with focus on the B2B / B2C product range as the highest potential for growth There is an existing large spend in performance marketing, but this could be accelerated and improved by someone with the right skills and experience, branching into new channels and media whilst optimizing existing efforts. Typical responsibilities include Develop and execute the strategy for demand generation Multi-channel campaign ownership including paid, social, email nurture, re-targetting Performance tracking and reporting, budget management Team collaboration and direction You’ll need Strong demonstrable experience in demand generation and growth marketing to a B2B audience, and micro SME as a consumer A long term strategic vision whilst owning short term goals and initiatives Familiarity with common marketing automation tools Analytical skills and a whizz with data Evidence of collaborating with sales teams, as well as product teams and wider marketing niches A true independent thinking ethic, entrepreneurial brain. and results driven mindset.
