A rapidly expanding Edtech business has got their marketing strategy down to a tee. This is an intelligent and focused commercial team, who are nailing how to talk to new customers about their training tool, with a huge amount of case studies of how it's working for some really big fintech, healthcare and other big corporate names.

Salary – Circa £40-45k

Location – anywhere but accessible to Midlands / Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire

The Role

The campaign manager is responsible for the strategy for lead generation and feeding this data and opportunity to the already thriving SDR team. Working in a team of 3, and very closely with the Directors, the Campaign manager is responsible for budget ownership for the targeting sources (LinkedIn amongst others), the email marketing strategy using Hubspot, and, looking to the very near future, the Paid ads strategy. Essentially this is a data driven and analytical role, not only will you be writing and designing compelling ads, but critically track, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to drive ROI. Success is about continuously improving your campaign performance by staying up to date with latest advancements and best practices.

About you

  • You’ll be more than familiar with how to run a great lead generation campaign on Hubspot, ideally 3 years experience in a SaaS working environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills as well as design (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign).
  • Understanding of Financial Services / consultancy markets is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign ROI.
  • Inquisitive, focused and goal oriented and ability to thrive working within a fast‐paced environment.
