If providing excellence in your dealings with customers is part of your DNA, we want to talk to you. You could be from almost any background – retail, hospitality, b2b – but your interest in ensuring great customer experiences will be what stands you apart.
You’ll be joining a friendly team in a business which is growing rapidly – sales have doubled in the last 12 months alone – so it’s a brilliant time to get involved and make an impact with a view to future opportunities as the company expands.
You’ll be a self-starter who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make sure the job gets done. The business embodies its values of communication, compassion and confidence; you’ll be taken seriously and have a chance to influence how the business shapes its customer service offering.
This is a full-time onsite role so if you’re not able to commit to this, it’s probably not the right opportunity for you.
You’ll be doing this:
- Customer service & order processing – customer queries, escalations, data input.
- Dispatch & packing – picking, packing, hitting deadlines & working with couriers to ensure speedy & efficient service, all the while ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Providing cover for other areas of the business as needed – you’ll get involved all over the place and will be happy to do whatever’s needed to get the job done.
And you’ll need this:
- Own transport – essential as you’ll be working in a beautiful rural location.
- A self-starter and good problem solver who enjoys working as part of a small team.
- Knowledge of working in a food environment would be a plus but isn’t vital, as would knowledge of software such as Brewman and Shopify. However, full training will be given so this isn’t a prerequisite.
This is a small but rapidly growing business that produces microbial products for gut health, cleaning, gardening, animals and agriculture. The products are fantastic and the future is looking very bright indeed.
