Love coffee and enjoy the pace of a busy sales team? This could be a great fit. We’re rijo42, and we’re one of the UK’s leading suppliers of coffee machines, beans, and ingredients. We’ve been in the coffee business for over 30 years, and we’ve set our sights on much, much more - we’re expanding fast and looking for dynamic people to join our journey.
We’re justifiably proud of our heritage, high-energy environment, and forward-thinking culture that will support and nurture your career, offering an inclusive and diverse workplace where you’ll quickly find yourself at home. Our products speak for themselves. From an award-winning range of high-end coffee machines to our ethically sourced, handpicked, top-quality taste-rated beans, this is a role where you’ll find that prospective customers will want to talk to you.
We’re seeking an internal Business Development Manager to sit at the very heart of our sales function, working in a tight-knit and supportive team where you have each other’s backs and celebrate each other’s success. You’ll spin many plates – from handling incoming leads, close liaison with the external sales team, putting together proposals, and upselling machines and services, but your methodical and organised approach will mean you don’t get overwhelmed and remain adept at spotting every opportunity to grow the business.
If you like being close to the action, keeping plenty of moving parts under control, and turning opportunities into revenue, you’ll feel right at home here. And your success will open a myriad of career options with a natural progression into field sales, account management, or perhaps team leadership. Our world is your oyster.
If this feels like a role you can get your teeth into, we’d love to chat – perhaps over a coffee?
