Opportunity: Business Development Manager Nationwide £50,000 - £60,000 basic with £40,000 OTE uncapped Company Car / Salary Sacrifice Scheme Pension 5% employer contribution 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Bupa Healthcare. This opportunity has arisen due to continued success and expansion in the market. You will be joining a highly successful team of Business Development Managers tasked with covering your region. This will involve the strategic mapping of your patch and finding new business opportunities within the area, usually targeting corporate clients with fleet sizes of 50 and above. You will report into a management team that understands sales and people, providing a fantastic platform for your own success and future growth.

You will be doing this:
- Contacting prospects, preparing proposals for agreements, and leading negotiations with the prospects.
- Delivering a strategic sales plan bi-annually noting the approach to enact the plan.
- Ensuring an agreed targeted prospect list is established and maintained.
- Delivering a timely onboarding process for all new clients.
And you’ll need this:
- Proven business development and networking skills.
- Demonstrated experience of exceeding individual targets/KPIs.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role.
- Demonstrated ability to present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
