What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading real-time production support and tackling build issues at source.
  • Owning methods, standards and flow across the assembly process and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing build data and documentation including BOMs, SOPs and work instructions.
  • Supporting quality activities, corrective actions and readiness for new or prototype builds.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
  • Strong ability to interpret drawings and handle variants or options.
  • Experience in assembly, conversion or integration environments ideally with electro-mechanical builds.
  • Proven lean mindset with hands-on improvement skills including standard work and visual management.
  • Confidence with documentation control and structured root cause analysis.
