This is a technical product base with endless applications across an incredibly broad range of industries, focusing on one or two of five key areas: Automotive, Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Renewable Energy.
The Job
Building and strengthening relationships with existing OEM customers in order to increase order values and develop new revenue streams is the main role here. You will also be eager to develop new customers and grow them with the help of a very credible marketing strategy. Order values can vary greatly, but they are multi-million Euro level deals, and the average customer values have quadrupled in the last year. You’ll be working independently to do this, supported by new leadership and being part of an ambitious new team. It’s important that you are on a career journey and that personal and professional growth is at the heart of what you’re looking to achieve. There are very real opportunities to grow outside of the European territory, and those who value career growth in the US or even China will have the opportunity to do so upon performance.
About you
This is not a job for the faint-hearted. Along with your strong commercial business acumen and impressive sales track record with large OEM or Enterprise B2B Manufacturers, you’ll be naturally personally ambitious, on a career growth journey, and have shown impressive personal growth so far. You may be globally mobile (USA / China), genuinely driven, determined, and resilient. You should be educated to a high standard with a reputable university and possess engaging and perfectionist written and oral communication skills.
