Company Description

Pictures for the People is an award-winning social enterprise production company that provides job opportunities for unemployed and disadvantaged young people. Working with Jobcentre Plus and The Prince's Trust, we seek to uplift disadvantaged young people with training and support throughout our productions. Pictures for the People partners with a variety of clients across different industries to produce commercials, social video content, event coverage and animations.

Locations

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Shoreditch with flexible remote work. You will be expected to regularly attend shoots throughout the UK and sometimes internationally.

Role Description

We are looking for an individual with an interest in making video content for a broad variety of clients, including:

  • Household Brands, including some of the world’s biggest companies.
  • Charities and non-profits.
  • Corporate clients in areas such as tech and finance.
  • Art galleries and theatres.
  • Events, trade shows and conferences.
  • Educational Institutions.
  • Hospitals and Healthcare.

We would like you to have extensive experience within videography, with strong technical and visual skills, and the ability to work independently or with our team. Video editing will also be a key part of the role, so skills and experience using editing software are vital.

Responsibilities

  • Film across the UK on a regular basis.
  • Edit content on a regular basis.
  • Work with our team of producers to provide clients with the best possible service and content outcomes.
  • Attend pre-production and post-production meetings with clients.
