You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our guests experience joy through the unforgettable experiences your food creates for them, whether that's in the restaurant, bar, café or at an event.

What will you be doing?
- You will be overseeing all Kitchen operations, including designing and delivering menus for the restaurant, bar, café and wide variety of events hosted onsite in collaboration with the Commercial Team at Head Office; whilst still being hands on and working with the wider kitchen team to fulfil orders that come to the pass.
- You will be using your leadership experience to motivate and impassion your team to continuously strive for the highest level of food hygiene standards, preparation, presentation and delivery from the kitchen to provide our customers with unforgettable experiences.
- You will be managing the commercial aspects of running a kitchen which includes creating rotas, managing produce orders & deliveries and managing the financial margins for the kitchen to ensure commercial success.
About you

- You are someone that has good experience and enjoys managing a small but passionate kitchen team empowering them to deliver unforgettable food experiences, whilst collaborating with other key business stakeholders.
- You have demonstrable experience of building and delivering menus for multi-outlet venues, small or large.
- You are comfortable with the general running of a kitchen, building rotas, ordering and raising POs with our suppliers, upholding food safety standards, managing budgets and the kitchen's financial operating margin.
