ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Junior Localisation Artist to join our expanding localisation team in London β someone with a passion for TV and Film design who is looking for the first step in their career. The right candidate should be passionate about typography and design. They should be able to take the initiative and manage their own time within a busy agency environment, where deadlines and challenges constantly evolve. Good After Effects and Photoshop skills are essential and experience using 3D software (preferably Cinema 4D) is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce and adapt localised Audio Visual & Static assets (trailers, TV spots, socials, key art, digital, and print formats) across multiple markets.
- Carry out automation amendments, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy across versions.
- Re-version and localise existing creative materials, including title treatments, logos, and key visuals, in line with approved guidelines.
- Prepare and output localised deliverables to client specifications.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Designers to ensure all artwork meets visual, technical, and cultural requirements for each territory.
- Maintain accuracy, naming conventions, and version control within shared project folders.
- Support the localisation team with additional production-based tasks as needed.
- Manage and organise assets, templates, and design documentation to streamline future workflows.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in Audio Visual & static artwork creation and layout design for digital, print, and social platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, typography, and composition.
- Basic understanding of localisation workflows and asset versioning.
- Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills within a collaborative studio environment.
- A creative problem-solver who can adapt designs while preserving the original campaign vision.
- Understanding of file formats, colour profiles, and delivery specifications for various media.
