Role Overview
We are looking for a Designer to create effective and engaging work across a range of digital and print platforms. You will work on a variety of briefs, including original creative projects such as film posters, as well as adapting and localising existing assets for theatrical and home entertainment campaigns. These outputs will span print, digital and outdoor formats - collaborating as a team to deliver high-quality work. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, both static and motion-based, and to continue developing your skills within a supportive team environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Reformatting and adapting online banner campaigns across different formats
- Designing layouts, mock-ups, and flats for banners, apps, pitches, and websites
- Contributing to concept development and brainstorming within the Print & Digital team and across the wider business
- Keeping up to date with new and emerging web technologies through ongoing learning
- Supporting administrative tasks, including uploading and serving assets, preparing presentation materials, and completing timesheets
- Collaborating with senior team members to develop skills and follow best practice
- Reviewing media plans to prioritise campaign workload and liaising with publishers to obtain specifications
- Handling embargoed or confidential content, which is managed on-site in the office
- Reviewing work to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
- Organising and maintaining design files and assets
- Managing workload to meet project deadlines
- Responding to feedback and making revisions as required
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from written briefs and deliver work to agreed deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple projects with varying priorities and timelines
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently, using initiative where appropriate
- Experience within the media, film, or entertainment industry
- Experience designing HTML5 and rich media advertising
- Awareness of ad serving platforms such as Sizmek and Google Web Designer
- Familiarity with hand coding in HTML
